Guide · Northeast India tenders
Northeast India tenders: every state portal in one place
Each of the eight Northeast states publishes its tenders on its own e-procurement portal, all on NIC’s GePNIC system, while central agencies and public sector companies working in the region use CPPP, GeM and their own sites. Here is where to look in each state, and how Luit AI searches all of them together.

- Central and PSU tenders in the region

Central and PSU tenders in the Northeast
Central ministries, road and works agencies and public sector companies working in the region publish on the Central Public Procurement Portal (CPPP) or on their own portals. Rural roads under PMGSY are tendered on pmgsytenders.gov.in, defence works on defproc.gov.in, and goods and services are bought through GeM.
One search for the whole region
Because every state portal is separate, a contractor working in more than one state has to search each of them, with its own CAPTCHA and its own document pages. Luit AI takes one request, such as “bridge work in Meghalaya”, “water supply tenders in Kohima” or “road tenders in Tripura closing this month”, searches the state portals with CPPP and GeM, and saves the official documents to your Tender Desk.
Made in the Northeast
Luit is built by Boat Brothers, an IT and engineering company in Assam that works in all eight Northeast states. It was shaped around the tenders of a construction group in the region, where it is in daily use.
Frequently asked questions
Where are Meghalaya government tenders published?
Meghalaya state tenders are published on meghalayatenders.gov.in, the state’s GePNIC e-procurement portal. Central agencies working in Meghalaya use CPPP or their own portals.
Where can I find Nagaland, Manipur and Mizoram tenders?
Nagaland tenders are on nagalandtenders.gov.in, Manipur tenders on manipurtenders.gov.in and Mizoram tenders on mizoramtenders.gov.in. All three run on NIC’s GePNIC system, so tenders are listed and downloaded the same way.
Where are Tripura, Arunachal Pradesh and Sikkim tenders published?
Tripura tenders are on tripuratenders.gov.in, Arunachal Pradesh tenders on arunachaltenders.gov.in and Sikkim tenders on sikkimtender.gov.in.
Can a contractor from another state bid on Northeast tenders?
It depends on the notice. Some works require enlistment with the state department in a given class, while others are open to any firm that meets the turnover and experience criteria. Always check the eligibility section of the tender notice.
Can I search all Northeast tenders at once?
Yes. Luit AI searches the eight state portals together with CPPP, GeM and public sector buyers from one plain-language request, and saves the official documents of the tenders you choose.
